Hey, I’m Jack Greenough, a 20-year-old BMX racer and student of Human Performance Science from Cambridge. Throughout my 15 years of racing, I’ve been fortunate enough to compete in some awesome places and see some success on the world stage.
The highlights of my BMXing career so far have been winning Round 1 of the 2024 U23 World Cup series, placing 4th at the U23 World Championships in 2024, and then 8th at the U23 World Championships in 2025. With a big season coming up in 2026, I am undecided whether I will stay in the U23 class or move up into the Elite Men category. Either way, it should be an exciting season!
I understand the importance of goal setting, and I have big goals in BMX. My 2026 goals (depending on which class I choose to race in) include top 3 in the U23 World Cup series or a semifinal finish in an Elite Men World Cup round. Like many athletes out there, I have my eyes on representing NZ at the Olympic Games in 2028.
Injuries are inevitable in BMX, so it’s been great to know BPC always do their best to get me back on the bike as soon as possible. I’m very grateful to have them in my corner moving forward.
