All our Pilates classes are led by qualified Physiotherapists.

They have highly skilled  knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation through exercise.  Hence classes are safe pre and post-surgery, as part of rehabilitation for injury, and in conjunction with your sport.

A dance-inspired low impact cardio workout run by Liora Saad.  Barre's aim is to strengthen your muscles, quiet your mind and honour your health.

Liora is a contractor who hires our studio space, so all bookings for Barre Classes need to be done through Liora.

Lift Fitness is Group Coaching for Women.

Run by Amanda, the Lift culture encourages a focus on 'progress not perfection' and it's more than a diet and exercise program.  It is a holistic 'fundamentals first' approach integrating nutrition, motivation, education and strength training.
