We offer a wide range of Yoga classes and styles to cater to those just starting out with Yoga, through to advanced Yoga goers.

Mats, Bolsters, Blocks and Straps are provided for all our Yoga classes.

Vinyasa Yoga

 

 

YOGA VINYASA

One of the most popular modern styles of yoga that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga, Hatha and power yoga.  

Vinyasa is also known as “Flow” because of the smooth way that the poses string together to make a sequence.   

This is a dynamic class to music where each movement is synchronized to the breath.

YOGA HATHA

A traditional style of yoga that weaves together classical static poses with a flow sequence.  Each class has a focus or intention.

Suitable for beginners to intermediate

Keen to push your yoga practise.  This is the class for you to advance you yoga practise with more advanced poses and sequences.

Sophie MacKenzie is the original Yogi of Body Performance Clinic.  

A passionate foodie studying holistic nutrition, former elite and world champion rower, qualified PT and all round top chick.

Local girl Poppy Wortman has many hats.  Journalist, writer, author, blogger, wedding celebrant and Yoga Teacher.

We are stoked to have her join our team this year after returning from her traditional Yoga training in India.
